During Construction:

  • Providing real time information from our on-site office and team. Job site cameras are an option as well, allowing you to see your house at any time.
  • Coordinating job site meetings that fit into your schedule, typically on a bi-weekly basis, and include the entire design team.
Handing you the keys:
  • Reviewing all mechanical system with you, showing you the operation and emergency procedures.
  • Presenting you with a project closeout book which includes all equipment manuals and warranty information.
  • Providing you with project documentation including inspections, occupancy permits, as-built drawings and warranties.
  • Giving you confidence in your decision, providing a 5-year warranty with annual field inspections for peace of mind.
